Our Green Tomato Soup is definitely the most unique product that we make. Green tomatoes, ham stock, capers, cayenne pepper, garlic and olive oil make for a very interesting soup! For an easy, beautiful luncheon soup, serve it warm or chilled and top with sour cream and fresh dill. If there is a chill in the air, heat and top with shredded chicken, shredded Mexican cheese and sour cream. Yum!
