We want you to love all everything that you order with us! We know things happen and sometimes items need to be sent back. We would be happy to help you find something that you love!

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY when postmarked within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Store credits will be sent to the email address associated with your order. We do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a different size in an item you must place a new order once you have received your store credit.

Items purchased using a store credit from a previous return are final sale.

All gift cards and store credits expire after 1 year from the issue date. LJ’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.

 

FINAL SALE

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.

The following items are final sale: athletic wear, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, intimates, masks, Bogg Bags, $20 Tuesday, all seasonal items and food products. 

 

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc. will not be accepted. Any items not accepted will be returned to you at your cost.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Please fill out the return form emailed to you and include it in your package with the return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. Original shipping fees are non refundable. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email us at ljsretailtherapy@gmail.com and include a picture of the damage.
